Reyna is absolutely amazing and my favorite. Sam is really good too. I’ve tried other therapist and haven’t enjoyed my experience as I do with the two of these lovely ladies. The entire staff is wonderful and they are always so flexible with my crazy schedule and odd reoccurring incidents of bad luck. I appreciate everyone at this location. The only thing that I don’t appreciate is having to pay more to see an Elite or Master therapist sinply because they have more hours of training than others. I’d prefer it if the membership fee covered the entire cost of the massage on its own, regardless. If this was the case, I’d be able to give more gratuity to the therapist.

I love the staff at the retreat. Everyone is always so nice and friendly. My therapist, Adam, is probably THE BEST massage therapist I have ever had anywhere. So thorough, making sure I am comfortable and his techniques are spot on. The only reason I couldn’t give it a 10 is because back in Kansas City we had memberships at Massage Heights, a chain like Elements. Our membership included 1 elevation per month. So we had 90 minute with 1 elevation each month. At Elements, elevations are an up charge. I wished the memberships included an elevation, like stones or aromatherapy.

The front desk staff greets you warmly and promptly when you arrive and I’ve never had to wait very long to be taken to my room. Rayna is my therapist and she’s excellent…knows and remembers my issues and I leave each time feeling better. I believe their prices are in line with the industry, especially if you join their club. I’d highly recommend them.

Each Masseuse has their own special techniques. So based on that, I request someone that fits my situation. However, I feel that your cost is extremely high, and especially the fees you add on for "specialists ".

I love the comfort of the place. I LOVE Suzanne who is amazing at what she does and how she makes me feel. Always a great massage. I do wish the music was more tranquil. Oceans waves, soft acoustic guitar etc. Also I think it would be great if you offered gift cards for upgrades.
