Desiree was amazing. She listened to my needs really well and applied the right pressure throughout. One thing I would recommend offering some refreshments such as hot herbal tea with maybe some dried fruits or raw almonds. Or something similar . The prices are not on the cheaper side. I would recommend adding that value to your store. Other than that, front desk staff was friendly and welcoming as well. I love to be in a positive atmosphere.
