The staff at the front desk is exceptionally warm and welcoming. They offer many "little perks" like bottles of water and peppermint patties while you wait. The lobby / waiting area are always clean and quiet. The therapists are amazing and really do a great job of making you feel comfortable and check in with you to confirm the pressure levels and make adjustments to it as necessary. Overall the staff here in Concord NH is amazing!!!

My masseuse was very knowledgeable with prenatal techniques and also was not too gentle, as can sometimes happen when people are more timid or unsure. He was accommodating to my needs and respectful. I left feeling much more relaxed.

Gabrielle is by far the most personable therapist I have ever had at elements. All the others have been great but she stands out from the pack. She always keeps a great conversation and is constantly teaching me different things about different muscles and how to properly maintain the health of my body through stretching, etc. I highly recommend asking for her.
