I appreciate that the team expects me, knows who I am, and makes note of my preferences - like that I prefer lavender aromatherapy, and I like the breast pillow for my massage. Gabrielle showed me how to adjust the headrest so that it's where I want it - I really appreciate that. Last week I had Otis, and I don't think he'd worked on me before. He obviously made an effort to check my file, because he already had the breast pillow on the table. Those small touches make a big difference. I have had Gabrielle several times, and so was nervous about changing therapists. Although Otis had a different technique, he did a fabulous job, and had just the right pressure.

Beautiful comfortable waiting area, front desk help is very accommodating and proficient. Therapist Kara, is absolutely outstanding. She checks in periodically about the pressure, and seems to instantly know what areas need attention. True professional
