I love the ease of scheduling appointments with Elements of Crofton. The information on the individual therapist is very helpful in deciding the perfect match for your massage experience. The therapist are always on time and takes time to know the client before proceeding with the massage. I would definitely recommend them to my network.

They take you on time and everyone is very nice and professional. The message rooms are neat and clean and the music playing is nice and soothing. Mt spi a t name is Phyllis. I use her each and every time and I've had friends who say that the other therapist are excellent as well. I would highly recommend Elements in Crofton.

Very good massage therapists (despite my favorite one moving out of town recently); friendly, helpful front desk staff; easy parking in front of the building; close to my house. Only didn't give 10 rating because I don't have any family to refer to Elements and have already referred any friends that would like massages.

The front desk staff are amazing and so kind! I look forward to seeing them each time I come in. They are so helpful when I've had to reschedule or have questions about new team members since many of my favorites have moved on. I've had great experiences with a variety of different massage team members. Yesterday was my 1st experience with a new staff member Asia. She was very nice and had excellent touch and pressure (her medium is just right for me and my back and hip). I will definitely schedule time with her again. I would recommend that she meet you when you are finished with the massage and have dressed. She indicated she would but must have gotten busy doing notes in my chart perhaps? I waited awhile and them simply went to the front desk. But she was very friendly and excellent skills.
