My experience at Elements is always a very needed self-care part of my overall health regiment as a Chronic Pain patient. Elements is where I find the needed Quality Care. The environment is peaceful, clean, the staff is are friendly, welcoming and professional. During the pandemic, and family changes it brought, I couldn't continue. Finally, I am to be able to return to this process of my self-care at Elements Massage. I can honestly say, I am feeling better after returning to Elements Massage, my go to because they are "the Best".💯🌹🏆

This is for the element crew and my wonderful massage therapist, Phyllis. I have been a massage therapist for over 24 years,and Miss Phyllis is by far the best I've had. I enjoy seeing her, her attention to detail and what my body needs. I also enjoy chatting with the front desk ladies. So nice. Appreciate the space and the quiet atmosphere. So relaxing and truly allows someone to come in and destress.
