It is just so totally relaxing! My muscles get very tight because I’m on oxygen and can’t do a lot of exercise. I go once a month and I come out as loose as can be! They can tell where you need extra work and change the type to fit your need. We’ve been going about a year now and have only missed due to other medical issues that required missing it. We both love it and our different masseuses so we get them separately but at same time! Perfect!!

Connor was amazing He continually asked if the pressure was good for me always checking to make sure i was ok . Excellent experience with Connor at Element . Also the nice girl at the desk was so helpful helping me get cash change since i wanted to give Connor a cash tip.

Great relaxing hour massage with Mariano, who I prefer but the other therapists are wonderful too. Very reasonable prices & desirable monthly specials! Front desk is extremely helpful & friendly, they always seem to fit me in whenever I call for a last minute apt :-)
