Front the front desk Andrew who is an amazing greeter and employee super professional and helpful with explaining everything and so calm Massage therapist was Marcello I think sorry maybe Mario I apologize for not remembering his name Extremely caring, communication and magic touch Pressure was as per my request and well executed and explained I should of went lighter since the next day I am super sore but that’s on me and next month I’ll be requesting lighter touch Outstanding customer service. Bought a membership for sure. My only concern or issue would be why do you have so many layers of covers and a waist of time to cover and uncover body parts, honestly whenever we get a body massage we understand that’s it’s to be expected to be naked for the benefits of the massage and not body shaming of management of covers. My recommendations would be please offer customers to have massage therapy covered or not to avoid all theses unnecessary manipulation that takes up our time to enjoy our massage session. Thank you 😊
