I wasn't really sure the difference between the several massage styles and which one would be best for me. My massuse, Catalina was very informative and personable! She helped relieve the pain I've been feeling in my back for months by explaining what muscles were tensing up, how to treat the pain and which massage style would be best for me. I left feeling incredible!
