I have been a customer of the Desert Ridge Elements for years and love the service i receive there. I see JW every 3-4 weeks for a deep and relaxing massage. JW is highly skilled at deep tissue massage. While his treatment is not always pain free (!), it helps keep me on my feet during the rest of the month. He is an angel!

The last time I had a massage was 20 years ago and it was horrible but I was in an accident and my physical therapist suggested a massage may help relax some of my neck and shoulder muscles. So I gave it a try. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and the therapist explained everything and put me at ease. It was great! My neck feels alot better. I’ll be going back.

The staff are fantastic. Greet me by name. Always very polite. Offer specials but not pushy when told no thank you. Very accommodating. My massage therapist "Aussie" John is one of a kind! He is the best. I have tried other therapists but they just don't meet my needs like John.
