All of the receptionists are really nice. The lobby is comfortable and relaxing. Frankie always asks me if I have any pain before we start. She gives me fantastic 60 minute massages once a month. She adjusts the pressure when I tell her I need it. The calming music and heated table add to my wonderful experience.
