Valerie was so sweet. For how little she is, she has some strength! She found knots I had no clue I had and she definitely worked them out. When it was over, she gave me cards with exercises I can do to work on those knots. I left feeling so much lighter and could move a ton more.

Love the services and massage however the front desk people talk very loudly about things together. Causing a nuisance. Even after your massage they speak to you in a not calming way as well. Maybe teach them how to talk lower and less peppy

Jayden was wonderful and really targeted my areas of concern, allowing me to finally have some relief after months of shoulder and neck pain. The front office staff were extremely nice and accommodating. I had gone to the wrong location from where I had made my appointment and they were able to get me in same day! The atmosphere was relaxing and I will be back soon!
