The man at the desk when entering was so genuinely friendly and kind. I didn’t get his name, but he has fantastic customer service skills. Carlos did my massage. He was calm and kind and made me feel at ease. I came in with a chronic neck issue and he listened to my concerns and asked about my pain. The massage itself was excellent; very relaxing and helped ease my pain.
