This was my first time working with Kathy for a massage. She was very knowledgeable, informative, and really focused on my overall care. She utilized techniques that I had not previously experienced in general massages before, explained everything to me, and we worked collaboratively to locate and relax many knotted and bumpy areas. I walked out feeling more flexible, with increased freedom in my body where movements were previously blocked. Amazing massage!!

I really enjoy the tranquility of the setting. I feel.it the minute I walk through the door. My only problem is finding an appointment. I prefer certain times and certain people. So glad to know that I can get a monthly massage.

Helen was my massage therapist. She listened to me and what bothered me in my muscles. She went right to work. My hips and leg muscles were so tight. She worked out a lot of the problem. She suggested methods to help me and even showed me how to release the problem muscles. She really helped me. And, the ladies at the front desk are so kind and polite. I really enjoy my visit to Elements.

After I made the appointment, I received a questionnaire to give them some background on my preferences and my health concerns, if any. Johnny was thorough in his questions before we got started. Did I have any issues? Did I have any special circumstances that needed attention? I will definitely be back. I wish I could come every month, but I simply cannot.

If you deal with chronic pain and need relief or just want to relax, Elements Massage is the place to go. I highly recommend John B (aka Johnny). Nothing against physical therapy (p.t.) at actual p.t. locations, however, from personal experience, physical therapist only work on that "one" area of the body that's listed on the referral. Not at Elements Massage. John B listens and will explain how "this" part of the body actually can affect another part of the body and will work with you in regards to getting the best results. My only regret is Elements Massage is not in network w/my health insurance; but another therapeutic massage place is. I mentioned to John B as long as he's there, I'll continue to be there as the downfall is it does cost me a lot more money out pocket per visit vs going to the therapeutic massage place in network....but it's worth every dollar. Highly recommend!
