I had an absolutely AMAZING experience at With Carlos in Evans! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so calming, welcoming, and beautifully set for relaxation. It truly felt like I could exhale the stress of the day the second I arrived. Carlos did my massage, and let me just say—top-notch is an understatement. He was incredibly skilled, attentive, and made sure every area of tension was addressed. I left feeling completely renewed. Jenice did my facial, and OH. MY. GOD. My skin has never felt or looked better! She was just as phenomenal—gentle, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel luxurious and personalized. The level of care, professionalism, and overall vibe here is unmatched. I’ve already referred at least five people because I genuinely want everyone to experience this level of relaxation! I’m already planning my next visit for next month—and honestly, I’m tempted to start going twice a month because it was just that good. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, reset, and be treated like royalty, THIS IS IT!

Had another great massage by Carlos. I always feel relaxed and decompressed after a session with him. The techniques he uses work great for my muscle tightness and nerve pain. The assisted stretching works wonders too. I feel relaxed and relief from my chronic pain (Fibromyalgia). Definitely recommend him!

Elements is a great experience from walking in the front door to walking back out the door. Everybody is welcoming and pleasant. They truly seem to care about each client. I had my last massage with a different therapist because of an emergency with my other therapist. Luckily for me Brittney had an opening for near the same time slot. Brittney gave a fabulous massage and was able to answer any questions I had. She is very knowledgeable about the makeup of the body, as is Carlos, and seemed to “read” all my aches. I believe over time she will be able to help me feel better with fewer aches and pains.

The facilities are clean and well maintained, I enjoyed the extras that I don't typically see at other spas (lighting, heated beds). Brittany's customer service was unmatched compared to previous experiences with providers at other spas. I also love the location.
