The staff are so friendly and are very educational about the services they provide. They explain everything to you, about what's best for you. I had the most amazing facial with Octavia! She's wonderful. I will be coming monthly for that and massages. She also suggested other facial services that would be best for my skin. The facility is welcoming, warm and comfortable. They take great care of you.

First appointment, therapist listen closely to what I was seeking. Went through my medical sheet to confirm areas of concern, and make recommendations. Also highly talked up the therapists working as a whole team, made additional recommendations about other therapists who might be able to provide the type of massage that best suited my needs, while also describing her specialties.
