Even days before my massage, I was made to feel comfortable with Elements....starting with the complimentary reminder phone call explaining how things worked. Once arriving at the Fitchburg location, I was immediately impressed with both the atmosphere and the receptionist. By the way....I've been offered water before, but never have been given the choice of room temperature or cold (thank you). My massage therapist was Chris and he was AWESOME. Very thorough and knowledgeable (sorry about the tip...rushed out and left my wallet home, but I'll be back). Great experience...highly recommended!
