Having severe stiffness and pain in my neck to shoulder blades I have some relief for the first time in a couple months. Today is day two after the light to medium pressure massage and I can say I feel improvement from where I was. I will be going back again for more treatment and relief. As a senior individual with rheumatoid arthritis as well this alternative is so much better than drugs/medications.

Friendly, clean, refreshing, and a relaxing environment. My massages are very relaxing and Casey is phenomenal in her expertise as a massage therapist and I appreciate how she incorporates new techniques each time I see her. She is very professional and very knowledgeable about massage techniques to use for my cerebral palsy symptoms with my muscle tightness. She is very patient with me as I can’t fully move my legs from a laying down position and she helps me with this in a very professional manner. Scheduling is super convenient. Front desk staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Every encounter they have been respectful, asked questions before starting and listened to what I had to say, also very respectful of my privacy and when I walk out I feel better and in less pain so they are making things feel better … Everyone is so pleasant and friendly and the facility is very clean the atmosphere is soothing…
