The massage is wonderful. The billing and add on issues still are not resolved. Every time I have an add on or a longer massage, something gets messed up with the billing. After calling, the front desk doesnt understand what I am trying to explain and gets abrupt. After asking for Kristie was told she was not available on Tuesdays (ok no problem) but the staff said she would have her call me. I did not receive a phone call. This is not the first time this has happened. I'm not sure why front staff is unable to follow through or the turn over is high and this allows for less customer service or knowledge on business practices.

I've had a few mishaps with booking appointments on line so I'd advise calling and talking to a person. The front desk people are friendly and worked to solve my issues. The massage people know to ask questions and follow my input and I've always felt comfortable and safe. The waiting area can get a little busy but overall getting a massage her is a calming experience.

I was able to get in relatively quickly and Tiffany was amazing!! She worked on the area that I needed help with and I felt better afterwards than I have felt in months!! It is always nice to be heard when sharing what you would like done instead of someone just doing the massage the way they want to do it. I loved it so much I joined in the membership despite the fact I live 40 min away. It is worth the drive!

Paul was great! He asked me pertinent questions and listened to everything I said. He really worked on the areas I’m currently having trouble with and he genuinely cared. I plan on going back once a week until we get my pain level under control. Also…the receptionist was friendly and asked if I had any questions. She helped me work out a plan going forward and explained the membership plan. I’m very happy to have found a good massage therapist!
