I appreciate you Elements is ever evolving. I don't mind paying an elite fee for my Therapist Victoria because I have been with her for many years and she is excellent. However, I feel that takes away from what people would normally want to offer in tips. If that fee does not 100% go to the therapist & then people reduce their tips because of it, then Therapist doesn't benefit as they should. With the economy as such, it starts to creep up on all of us. But overall, my experience has always been good. The staff is friendly, the facility in Gilbert is welcoming, always clean & private. Melanie has been a wonderful addition to the front staff & I don't plan on giving up my time with Victoria any time soon.
