I love everything about Elements, and have recommended them to several of my friends. Just walking into the waiting room immediately calms me, and all the receptionists are very friendly and accommodating. Their pricing is reasonable, with a variety of options, such as adding aromatherapy. My massage therapist, Sylvia, is wonderful! She has a beautiful presence and welcoming words, always greeting me with a smile. "She listens to my requests, whether they're to lower the table (since I'm short) or how I like to be massaged (on the gentler side, although my friend who became a member, likes a massage with more pressure, which Sylvia can also do.) Sylvia is very knowledgeable about the body. Once I'm on the table and she begins the massage, I'm in "bliss-land." My stress is always gone by the time the session is over. Sylvia makes sure that she gives me water after the session, too, since hydration is so essential. I tried a variety of different massage places before discovering Elements and Sylvia, and couldn't be happier to be a customer.
