I was totally pleased with my first visit to Elements. The staff was friendly, waiting area was comfortable and calming, and my therapist made sure he understood what I wanted. The massage itself was perfect, although I regretted booking it for only 60 minutes! I was surprised to get a post-massage consultation, where he suggested massage techniques I could use on my own, between massages, and recommended a couple of other Elements therapists that he thought would meet my needs.
