My massage tech was highly skilled. She checked in to be sure pressure was good, but was quiet most of the time. She hit all my tight spots, and was able to release the tension.

Always very caring and my personal experience is always incredible. I never leave disappointed… I hurt the next day but that only tells me Rachel did her amazing work on me!! I have the absolute best massages with Mary. Booking is always easy, and the women up front have the best attitudes and personalities. I always enjoy chatting with them when I arrive for check-in. I appreciate that the business offers membership with a slight discount. I do not appreciate that you must use paid for services by a given date once you cancel membership. I very much appreciate that staff is willing to work with you if you are unable to use the services by that date and will schedule an appointment past the hard drop date if needed. I'm not sure how a business can tell you they will not refund services not received, that left a truly bad taste in my mouth. I would not recommend anyone get a membership with Elements Massage, but I have appreciated the massages I've had here and do recommend them for deep tissue work.
