My experience is always positive. Clayton determines with me specific areas that need attention and always ends the session leaving me relaxed and refreshed.
Front desk staff is always professional and welcoming.
Establishment is always clean and tidy.
Super easy to make an appointment, they have monthly plans which is awesome, and the therapist, in my case Cory, was a very receptive and thoughtful therapist.
No Massage fixes things right away, it's a process, but this was an excellent experience. I recommend!
I was warmly greeted at the reception desk, offered water and restrooms l, and able to take care of payment prior to my massage.
The massage from Kyla was very good; her hands, skills, and intuition about my body's needs were all very strong.
My provider seemed gentle and kind. I asked for a deep tissue massage, but said there may be parts of my body that cannot tolerate too much pressure. She was regularly asking if that pressure was OK. Just a pleasant experience.
Chantel is truly the best massage therapist I’ve ever worked with. If I could afford it, I would see her every week! She creates a safe, relaxing, and welcoming environment, and she really listens to what you’re experiencing so she can focus on the areas where you have pain or tightness. She always checks in to make sure the pressure is comfortable and adjusts as needed, which I really appreciate. On top of that, she shares helpful tips and recommendations for stretches and tools to relieve discomfort between sessions. I always leave feeling better cared for, both physically and emotionally. I can’t recommend Chantel highly enough, she’s the reason I return each month!
1. Convenient (location, hours, availability)
2. Easy to get appointments
3. Friendly, easy going staff
4. Lots of therapists
5. Asking for a pressure rating. in the past I always asked for deep tissue but it was too much for me and was painful. No one ever gave me a range of pressures to choose from. Never occurred to me to request "mid-range pressure" -- I didn't know there was such a thing. I thought it was either deep tissue or Swedish (and the one Swedish massage I had was terrible. Way too light).
