The front staff "get" the impact they have - that massage is a whole experience that in my business mindset starts from the moment someone walks through the front door. The music is peaceful, the setting is clean, and the staff are warm and welcoming. Further, I have been places where the staff talk about negative things to each other while guests are there, which to me taints the energy of the experience, and show either a lack of training or employees who need to be in a different line of work, in my view. I am always so impressed with how kind they are. And my massage therapist Chris is the one I come for. I call them my "Chris-assages." Trademark.:)

My wife booked a massage for me for my birthday and got one of the most painful massages, but one of the best ever! Alicia hit areas that I had no idea I needed to get massaged out. She was knowledgeable, understood my issues, helped me fix it, and also gave me some good advice on how to continue to help prevent my chronic issues. She helped me discover some of the issues around why I've been having headaches! Thank you Alicia & Elements in Greenlake!
