I'm always taken for my massage on time.
The front desk people are pleasant and helpful. Not high pressure at all.
The massages are great. I'm asked my preferences for that day which vary significantly from session to session.
my massage therapist was A+. That is why. I will say however that I was disappointed that my groupon was not honored. I did not notice the fine print ( that includes the other locations only). Yes that is my fault for not noticing when I bought it, but now I need to go to another location to redeem it which I prefer not to do. That was not great customer service or a good business decision, because when I do go to redeem my groupon at the other location, I may decide that I like that therapist/front desk service even more, and then you might lose a potential repeat customer. Again, my massage was awesome, so I don't want to detract from that, but you need to know that over all the positive experience was over shadowed by the fact that the front desk staff was not willing or able to be empowered to honor the groupon. I have been shopping around for a place to go monthly for a massage, and I have yet to make my decision on where that will be.
There are regularly great deals on 60 or 90 minute massages so that you can go more often. The service is great, the massages always start on time and the masseuses are very willing to adapt to your needs (pressure, specific areas...)
The atmosphere of the waiting area and the individual massage rooms themselves are very relaxing and the best in the business (that I've experienced so far anyway). I like the level system for your therapists too.
I was able to make an appointment on short notice and the front desk was so accommodating. I went in with an injury and not only did my massage therapist David completely fix my intense pain - he gave me some super helpful tips on stretches and exercises to do for after care. I am now 3 days post-appointment and my neck is still pain-free. It's the best massage experience I've ever had.

Very helpful front desk person (Amanda) to help with my specific needs and honestly respond to my questions regarding the choices (I was in a car accident; wanted to see somebody soon, but the three openings that evening were all with therapists who specialized in 'sports massage/deep work' not appropriate so soon to the accident)
