A year ago I did not have a good experience at my first time at Elements. I was offered a free massage. I finally took advantage of it this weekend and had a massage with Kyla. She was amazing. I would highly recommend her!

My experience with Bastet and Katie has been amazing. They both provide such thoughtful and personalized care. Everytime I leave, I feel so rejuvenated. They both have excellent technique that is hard to find elsewhere. I also particularly enjoy the scalp and foot massages that Bastet provides, again customized to the needs for each session. So, a big thank you for providing this great care. The front office staff has also been a pleasure to work with their friendly and helpful attitude that makes a big difference.

Booking the appointment online, on my phone, was very easy. I was greeted nicely and waited less than five minutes. Hannah did an excellent job asking me about my pain issue, determining my comfort level with treatment alternatives she could perform, explaining what she would do and as she performed the massage, and checking on my comfort during the massage. She also had some helpful advice on further treatment actions beyond massage.
