I had a great massage with a masseuse that listened to my feedback and didn't massage areas that I asked him to avoid. Sometimes that doesn't happen with other places, which I find shocking. I give a 9 because there were a few things that could be improve - 1. the head rest smelled a little funky and 2. the masseuses nails dug into my neck at one point. he quickly stopped when I told him. 3. I didn't get the level of neck massage that I like, it was a little jumpy and weird. But the back massage portion was PERFECT.
