Super easy to make an appointment, they have monthly plans which is awesome, and the therapist, in my case Cory, was a very receptive and thoughtful therapist. No Massage fixes things right away, it's a process, but this was an excellent experience. I recommend!

My provider seemed gentle and kind. I asked for a deep tissue massage, but said there may be parts of my body that cannot tolerate too much pressure. She was regularly asking if that pressure was OK. Just a pleasant experience.
