Truthfully, there’s nothing that I don’t like about element massage. Every time I call to make an appointment, the staff is very accommodating for getting me rescheduled in with my favorite massage therapist They’re always able to answer questions about services pricing whatever I’ve always needed. The common area and the bathrooms are always clean as well as the massage rooms.

Stephanie at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. Stephanie my massage therapist was also very nice and made me feel comfortable and heard when I explained my problem areas. She did a great job during the massage and was checking frequently to make sure I was ok or needed her to go softer. I had a great experience. Thank You 😊

The environment was very calming and clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. My massage therapist, Stephanie, was excellent—she took the time to listen to my areas of concern where I was experiencing pain and tightness. She communicated with me throughout the massage to ensure my comfort, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Absolutely wonderful. Everyone was great. I did a 90 minute hot stone with Siliva . I was so relaxed and she did an amazing job getting by neck knots out. I highly recommend them. I hope to be back soon.
