Easy to book appointments online, masseuse was great, environment was calming, and the hot towel to wipe the oil off afterwards was such a great bonus. I used to hate leaving my massage feeling oily.
Great spa. Super friendly and helpful front desk staff that got me in as a walk in with an excellent therapist. She addressed all my sore hips and neck with slow deep tissue massage which I love. The spa is clean and contemporary with everything you would need or want in a professional setting. I was referred by a friend who raved about Elements, and I was not disappointed. Will definitely go back
The place is beautiful and inviting. The staff is friendly, kind and knowledgeable. The therapist are top notch. White glove service. Jay has an amazing connection with working on the trouble areas. I don't have to say a thing.
My experience was been AMAZING!!!! Amber was been so so outstanding. She knows her stuff and has helped me fixed issues on my end. After every visit with Amber I feel better and can't wait for my next visit with her!!!
Amber is wonderful and is the reason I come back
Jessica is the best, she is knowable and does a good job explaining what she can do and I can do afterwards. On top of that she gives the best massage.
Friendly calming environment. Ease in getting appointment that fit my schedule. Much appreciated relief from neck and shoulder tightness due to stress. I am seriously considering membership for regular appointments.
Elements is a wonderful space and a truly relaxing and uncomplicated experience. The staff is professional and great and what they do. The masseuse are amazing!
Dana, my licensed massage therapist was excellent. A day before my scheduled 90 minute session I was having sciatic back pain, which onset was sudden and not foreseen. I was reluctant to keep my appointment as the radiating pain was awful. My wife contacted Elements and was told that Dana can help relieve the pain. With that said, I felt reassured and kept my appointment. Prior to the massage, Dana asked about my pain and she recommended that I lay face down with my stomach on a special pillow, which she said is used for pregnant woman. The pillow positioned my body to the extent that pain was lessened in my buttocks. Dana performed her massage and with my permission used a heat healing massage oil. The oil was an additional cost, but I'm glad I ok'd its use. After the 90 minute treatment my low back felt much better and I was able to walk upright with much less discomfort. The next day I rested and the low back and radiating sensation was much less. Two days later my back is normal. I was taking an antiinflammatory med. I believe that a combination of the massage therapy and medication were helpful. In the past Dana has given me massages in order to alleviate tight muscles due most likely to stress. On those occasions I did not have bodily pain. Dana does a sensational job every time. She is very knowledgeable about body mechanics and therapies.
This was my first time coming back after a year-long health issue hiatus.
I like the new decor and color theme at the St. Rose location: however, the new chairs were a disappointment as they're not very comfortable.
I was also glad to see the big water/ice machine was gone and I'm glad you still offer wintergreen lifesavers as they're my favorite.
Lastly, because I was inactive for a year, I needed to address some bookkeeping, submit a half dozen Spa Week certificates and change my payment source to dos after my treatment. I was extremely impressed with the female employee who sat on the left side behind the desk (I don't remember her name) with being so astute with helping me reconcile my account balance record and knowing how to generate an account services/charges printout, answer my questions, etc.
