Massage therapist is great, girls at front desk are lovely. I do not like that the website does not allow you to see how many massages you have left on your membership.

The quality of my massage is excellent! After trying several therapist I found the one for me! Ashley listens very tentatively to me explaining what I want and need. Such a blissful experience and relaxing. This is the best wellbeing I do for myself routinely. Kaylyn and the receptionist are great and welcoming when I arrive or call with questions. Availability of getting appointments that fit my schedule is perfect. The facility is clean and calming and quiet! Treat yourself and try a massage or two or three. Find the therapist for you at Elements!!

The person at the front desk was awesome. She was super friendly, helpful and provided great information. Jamie was exceptional. She asked about the pressure, focused on my problem areas and provided an amazing massage. Ill be booking with her again!

Jamie does a wonderful massage, and I enjoy working with her. The reception I have received at the front desk the last two times almost made me quit coming to Elements. For about 1 1/2 years when I came the front desk people knew my name, greeted me by my name and tried to help me in any way. The last two times, I was greeted with " what can I do for you" she didn't know my name. She obviously had just arrived at 8:55 AM because the computer was not up and running and we had to wait for that to happen to make future appointments. For a year and a half when I was done with my massage the front desk said thank you and wished me well, the girl on the front desk the last two times made me stop and check out and quizzed me what tip I wanted to leave. I don't want to get anyone fired but the change in customer care has been dramatic and, in my case, not very pleasant.

I enjoy Jaime as a Massage Therapist. However, I was shocked that after using the same room for a year we were suddenly switched to another room where the fan was on loud to kill the noice on the other side of the wall and the fan noice completely blocked out the music in the room. The manager simply said, we decided to rotate the rooms around, like it made no difference. A very sad situation.
