The atmosphere and the professionalism. The facility is clean, calm, and welcoming. My masseuse is extremely talented and in tune to my needs. I would suggest signs though for folks walking in the hallways to use their library voices so that when you are being massaged you don't have to hear someone's conversation outside your room.
