Very relaxing and they ask what area you wanted extra massage and how firm or light you would want. The front desk schedulers are very nice and helpful in getting your appointments made. I have had several different massage therapist and they have all been good. I am a member and go once a month. I had a hot stone massage once and plan on another some day.

The people who answer the phone are very helpful and knowledgeable. The people who work the front desk are always welcoming. The massage therapist helped me to feel so much better. I came in with aches and pains and left with most of the pain relieved.
