I came in thinking that a full body massage is what I needed, but after talking with Cory about why I was coming in, he kindly explained how a targeted massage might be better and still gave me the option on what I wanted to go with. I went with the targeted massage and really appreciated how he explained what was going on during the process. When I came in, my shoulders hurt from raising my arms and that pain was gone after the session. Not only would I recommend Cory, but I would also recommend adding the cupping therapy.

I have been going to Elements in Kent and Maple Valley for several years. All therapists that I have had are very skilled, professional, on time and provide an environment/experience that is perfect for me. Check in's and check out's are never a problem - front desk staff is friendly and professional. All therapy rooms I have been in are clean and well stocked with everything needed. Having all of the added enhancements (scented oil, hot stones, cupping) is a great bonus!

Mary does an excellent job of manipulating those areas of my body which are causing me the most discomfort. During sessions with Mary, I pretty much 'zone out'. When I leave Elements Massage after a treatment with Mary, I truly notice an improvement and an added 'spring in my step'. Thank you, Mary!

I had a wonderful massage with Maggie! I really appreciated her attention to detail and how she used the full session time for hands-on work—it made a big difference. My experience at Elements is always fantastic! Finally, I was so pleased that found a massage therapist- Allan, that understands my anatomy and therapy needs. He ensures and listens carefully prior to treating his patients. The ambiance and clean and tranquil just as I wished. I am now a regular client at Elements Spa and have a treatment when I visit my grandkids in Federal way, WA. Element Spa is located in Kent, WA. I like the front staff - I like all the services provided. There are really great massage peeps and if my "regular" girl isn't available, there is always another that suits me and is a great alternative. I appreciate that I now can get facials too.
