Convenient - I was able to get an appointment same day when I really needed relief. Friendly - the therapist was very friendly and I was able to feel comfortable chatting with her. Informed - the therapist was able to explain why the massage was being done in the specified way to relieve my pain and she gave me tips to incorporate regular relief during my daily routine.
