The customer service is on point! I have been a member since the Loveland store opened years ago and I love that they are consistent that! David is consistently amazing. Returning after being laid up with an injury was a treat and setting my successful recovery on track!

Very pleasant experience over all! Front staff was welcoming, and Heather was amazing 10/10. She was very respectful and considerate, even taught me a trick to help gauge if my ribs are out of place! Will definitely be coming back!

The massage was great! The reason im sticking with elements in the future is the ease of booking. I like that you can see who your provider is, their gender and experience. I also like that there is availability alot of times because ive been to other massage places where the calender shows its booked but they say call if you want an appointment. This makes it harder to see your options and to verify that everything is correct.

Ashley was wonderful, I tend to feel a bit uncomfortable but did not feel that way at all during my session. She was super attentive to my comfort level, gave a good massage doing exactly what I asked for and had the perfect mix of good conversation with moments of quiet. Super sweet gal, you can tell she really loves what she does and has a passion for helping others. I look forward to my next session.
