The woman who checked me in was super friendly, wasn’t pushy about trying to upsell anything, seemed genuinely interested in conversing with my husband and myself. Then I had Jasmyn for the first time and she was AMAZING. Great hands and very attentive with the perfect amount of pressure. My husband had Ms. V for the first time and he had a great experience with her! It was the best experience with Elements to date. Thank you!

From start to finish, my first massage experience was great..the receptionist all the way to my massage therapist was amazing and so kind. The office is very clean and I didnt feel uncomfortable once. Being a little nervous since it was my first massage experience, the staff walked me through everything and didnt hesitate to put my nervousness at ease. Will be coming back

The massage therapists at this location are very skilled. I have scheduled with John, Alexis, and Jazzmin. I was happy with my deep tissue massage. They listen to your concerns and check in with you during the session. The atmosphere is relaxing. Front desk is nice. Barbara, the manager, is helpful and nice. I like how they bring you back to the room relatively quickly; I personally have not waited with others in the waiting room. Fair pricing; I love the app. I wish you could see your appointments on the app and cancel from there if needed.

Front desk personnel are amazing and Jazzmin, she has magic on her hands. Just the right pressure applied, she asks questions so that she can tailor the massage around the area that needs the TLC. I have been Getting my massages from Jazzmin for months. Wouldn't change her!

The initial setting was nice and clean for me as a first timer. The Therapist was very professional and explained what they was doing throughout the entire message.
