It was super easy to book and upon arrival I was greeted promptly and was made aware of what was happening, I had an amazing massage from Olivia and when I was all done the checkout was easy. The options of membership were explained and the process was made easy. I can’t wait for my next massage.

I enjoyed my massage - level 3, fairly new therapist. Appreciated being able to complete intake form on line ahead of appointment. I did not initially grt a response to my inquiry on the website; a few weeks later, met an Elements employee in another work setting and mentioned this. She took my info and someone reached out by phone.
