Very professional staff - both the front desk people and the massage therapist. My appointment started right on time, Randall gave an exceptional massage. He asked questions and responded appropriately about level of pressure, areas to focus on, etc. The physical space is VERY dark (is that by design??), but clean and neat. My only suggestion would be to brighten it up a bit!!
