Curteous, friendly and clean. Matrice was amazing. The issue I felt with my foot was reduced 50 fold. My hips were notably straighter when I worked out the next morning. Additionally, being the last appointment, I didn't feel rushed or pressured while there. I am very happy with my results after only one session. I look forward to my next visit.

Had a massage with Annie. I was hesitant because I had a bad experience with another massage place recently where they just pet lotion onto me. At Elements, my experience couldn't have been better. She was knowledgeable and kind. She took my concerns and worked on those areas but also let where she was feeling tension direct her massage. I came out feeling so great. Would definitely recommend.
