I have been going to Elements at Mesa Gateway for about 2 years. I have never had a bad experience. The front desk is always kind, helpful, and polite, everything is always clean and tidy. My rating is also heavily based on Jennifer, even though I would rate her higher than 10. She is the absolute best, even when she continuously tells me to stretch, knowing full well that I wont listen.
