First, I was impressed by the elegance and spa-atmosphere created by the waiting area and the massage room. Anything I could think was supplied- shelving for my jewelry, hangers for my clothes, heating pad on the table, etc. Second, I was impressed by the quality of service in relation to the cost of a monthly wellness membership. As a former Massage Envy employee, I assumed Elements was just a clone. I was so pleasantly surprised by the "perks" of a membership that I signed up without any sort of sales pitch required.
Very professional and welcoming front desk staff. Both massage therapists that I have experienced did a thorough massage and continually asked if the pressure was good and how well they targeted specific areas of concern which I mentioned prior to any massage.
