I booked a facial and eye treatment. Kate was very welcoming and friendly. She kept me updated with each step and what products she was using on my skin. I am happy to see she read my notes and acknowledged my sensitive skin, and used specific products based on this. The entire process was very relaxing and I will be coming back for future facials and possibly massages.
