Amber was very knowledgeable about areas that I needed to work on, and explained some nutritional factors as well. She was attentive to the pressure, asking if it was ok for me. I don't like to talk much during my massage, so I can zone out and stay aware of the areas that I need the most attention, or have more pain then others, and I appreciated that. The staff were friendly and I am set to go back monthly, using the payment plan. :) Thank you.
