The people there are very friendly and easy to talk to. Jojo has been my therapist for a couple years now and always does an amazing massage. She has helped me with so many physical issues like sciatica, SI joint pain, headaches and more.

Everything was amazing! I was having a lot of shoulder pain from inflammation and Craig focused a lot on my shoulders while still managing to do the full body. I had the hot stone massage and it was wonderful. My shoulders feel much better and I can’t wait for my next massage!

I wonderful massage - I THINK I had Desiree… I hope I remembered that correctly. She was down to earth and answered any questions I had. I rarely get massages but I felt comfortable. May need to upgrade to a longer session next time

The staff at the front desk are super nice, very welcoming, and really helpful with visits. The massage therapists are all great too. I've used three different ones now. Skylar is my personal favorite. She rocks!

Jennifer provided excellent service by understanding my needs completely. She was professional and kind to listen to my inputs and adjusted pressure level, The session definitely helped with my soreness and pain and I felt relaxed. Friendly staff and neat atmosphere.

Jeremy was great, I like that he spent more time on the problem areas that I mentioned (back and neck). I feel like with other massages I've gotten (not from Elements), the masseuse still tries to fit in their entire routine instead of spending more time on the problem areas. I like that you were open and had availability on a weekend and on evenings, because that's the time when I'm able to book. I also really like getting the email from Elements that communicates availability within the next couple of days. With my schedule, it's hard to know when I'll have availability so it's hard to plan for a massage more than a few days out. I like seeing the upcoming availability and can schedule something at the last minute.
