I love the aromatherapy scents, the bathroom was super clean, and the checkin/checkout process was smooth. The lady at the register was friendly and helpful. My massage therapist was nice and professional, and asked if the pressure was okay and to let her know if it needed to be adjusted. When I get massages, I almost always go to Elements and this location.
