The massage is great. The furnishings in the massage rooms (guest chairs) can be improved. They are wobbly and worn. Table heating pads have lost some of their functionality.

Elements provides a comfortable and welcoming space. I've had mostly the same massage therapist for several years and love the rapport we've built. Erin is a dedicated, skillful, caring, compassionate therapist who asks relevant questions to tailor my massage as needed each time I see her. I started at the eden prairie location. One day I was looking for an appointment and they had none available ibooked in minnetonka and never went back to ep. Your facility is clean and calm, the staff is exceptionally kind and welcoming. I have had massage from at least 6 different therapists and every one has been fantastic!!

When you walk into Elements there is a feeling of calm and welcoming. Angie is usually at the desk and welcomes you with a smile and is ready to help you. Tabitha is my therapist and gives a wonderful massage and always asks if I have any specific areas to work on.
