Quiet, clean waiting area. Reception staff is very effecient and inviting. My massage was heavenly. Ms. SaVera is a master at her craft. She followed my lead with no chit chat. I like that you have so many different massage therapists to choose from. They are all very good but offer some differences. It’s a super friendly place. I feel safe and secure. Massages therapists always ask how you’re doing and what are your areas of concern. They really listen. They are also really interesting people if you decide to talk during your massage.

I was mistakenly booked with a therapist that I had previously requested to not be paired with. The original appointment was made with another therapist, but had to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. The therapist is extremely professional and kind, just doesn't provide the type of massage that suits me. The owner was very apologetic, and a gift card was given for a complimentary massage. I will continue to use Elements, and I will continue to recommend them. I am grateful for the way this was handled, and I will be back soon.
