Regina is absolutely wonderful. She is highly skilled. She managed to work out source of some significant pain I have had and now I can move neck for first time in months. The massage felt gentle, without any discomfort and the next day, I could feel my muscles deep in back had loosened up. You'd think it would have taken some significant pressure to reach those buried knots, but she knows every pressure point.

The availability of evening/night and weekend appointments is a huge plus for clients who work 8 am - 5 pm Mon-Fri schedules. I also love the access to therapists who offer a wide range of modalities and that you consistently maintain therapists on staff who are proficient in deep tissue and trigger-point work.

I like the online application for selecting services and checking availability to schedule my own appointments. Emma is very kind, and a receptive and skilled Massage Therapist. She is knowledgeable and knows just the right place and pressure to be effective. I request Emma when she is available at a mutually convenient time. I have also received an excellent massage from Chris. The receptionists are always friendly and attentive as well. I would highly recommend Elements Massage, especially on a regular basis. You will not regret it!
