It was a wonderful massage!! Very helpful. My only downside was I felt bombarded with paperwork and texts and emails beforehand, it was quite excessive. I also wished they would've had a 24 hrs cancelation window, not 48 hr and put a hold on my credit card!!!

My therapist, Alicia, not only asks if there is anything I want focused on, or that she needs to know about, she follows the clues she receives from my muscles during the massage. Often this leads to areas I was unaware of, but that needed addressed. I appreciate that she doesn’t just do a routine but actually responds to the cues she receives in the massage process.

It's very easy to set an appointment by either calling or online. The reception is welcoming. My therapist is Allison and she is fabulous! She is so skilled in finding the trigger points and working out the kinks while making sure you're comfortable with the amount of pressure she's using. She is both friendly and professional and I hope she stays at Elements for a long time.
