It was very relaxing and I felt like for the first time that I was getting help loosening my muscles. Starting to have less pain in lower back and shoulders!!
I like Elements and how easy it is to get an appointment, but the quality of the masseuses does vary. The one that I had last week, I had a little hesitation with. She was very pushy in terms of selling the massage programs. She also put a hot towel on me that was very hot and didn’t ask about whether it was OK before she put it on. I asked her to cool it down and she said that it wouldn’t be worth it and she stopped it. She also kept telling me to relax and how tight i was, but I work out a lot and stretch almost every day, so I found it judgmental. Not my favorite masseuse so next time I’ll be back, but won’t request her.
The staff is super friendly and Candace my masseuse was wonderful! She really worked on my back and got so many knots out. She was also attentive to the level of pressure by asking me if I was ok. I will definitely go back to her and recommend her to anyone.
I really liked Bobby my therapist. He listened to everything I told him and used that information so as to give me a healing massage. I look forward to working with him on future visits.
Enrique is my go/to massage therapist at Elements. He starts on time and always asks what my new “issues” are and tailors my massage to my issues. He is very aware of all muscles, spine and body anatomy, so he can concentrate oh those concerns. He is a Master Massage therapist.
Chelsae did an awesome job on the knotted up situation I had going on with my back. Perfect amount of pressure and a water bottle waiting for me when I was done. Front desk staff was kind also, neat and clean lobby area.
Mia my massage therapist listened intently to my specific needs. I have two knee replacements with a plated femur. She knew exactly how to handle it and gave me perhaps the most rewarding deep tissue/ trigger pout massage I’ve ever had.
Thank You Mia
