So far everyone has been very professional but also knowledgeable and informative. I love that the therapists offer different treatment methods and services. I have been treated by 3 different massage therapists and they were all completely different in their approach and their care plan. I love that the bios are available online with their strengths and service interests. The people at the front desk are also super calm and genuinely warm and friendly.
