I am not someone who normally posts, but the manager at Elements in Nashua (off exit 7) is absolutely wonderful. I have to say there has been a few experiences that range from minor inconveniences (15 min start time delay) to something a little more involved and he would personally call to explain, or offer a complimentary enhancement or something unexpected. On several occasions he has provided exemplary customer service and I’m impressed. Right man in the right role. 👏
Kylie was so nice and made me feel so comfortable for my first massage. She has a great personality and I was so relaxed. The lavender oil was a great add on! :)
The front desk staff are amongst the most friendly and professional in the business. My therapist is excellent, knowledgeable, and customizes each massage to my needs at the time. The owner has created a positive culture and client-centric approach that makes this Elements worth the trip each time.
I’ve been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 13 years, so understandably I can be overly critical of the massages I receive. I was also a bit hesitant about having someone inexperienced and hired directly out of school, since I need quite a bit of work but can’t take much pressure. So basically I’m a nightmare client hahaha. Well, I saw Joshua for my birthday massage, and holy crap I’m definitely going back! I actually joined a membership because his massage was so impressive. He was also very thoughtful about my comfort the whole time, making sure the pressure was what l wanted, and if I wanted him to focus on any other areas. He is very knowledgeable about the names, actions, etc of each muscle, but not in a condescending way. All in all a wonderful experience!!
Amanda was very experienced, friendly and professional. She seem to instinctively know which areas on my back, shoulder and neck needed the most attention. Highly recommend.
