I really appreciate and like the staff at the Newburyport location… They remember me, our patient with my sometimes constant calls to reconfirm a scheduled appointment or, perhaps ask for last-minute appointments. That being said, although the decor is inviting it is quite old… It is quite original to a setting, and I think it should be updated. It should still remain very linen, calming and inviting, but I think it lacks attract ability. Also, when you drive up the storefront itself lacks a certain allure. Perhaps something can be done to enhance it? Again, all very subtle and linen like but maybe an update is long overdue? :-)

Started with Amber and a deep tissue massage when I pulled a glute. Was back playing tennis in 2 wks but the process was so positive that I joined as a member after the first session. Since then, her monthly massages have been totally relaxing whole body experiences. The front office folks are also most welcoming. An overall very pleasant diversion.
