Very easy to book, for starters. There was even a small issue where my therapist was ill and could not make our appointment, and Elements worked very hard (and succeeded) in finding someone who could fill in. I was also lucky enough that my replacement therapist was Amy, who did an incredible job working out my knots and stiff muscles. I left feeling more relaxed than I could possibly have imagined. Elements goes a long way to ensure the satisfaction of their customers, and it's basically the only place my wife or I book a massage.

I've been trying out a variety of massage places in the Newton area and have happily landed on Elements in West Newton near the Cinema. Everyone is helpful at the front desk and after trying a Level 2 masseuse, discovered a fantastic Level 3 (Higher numbers=more pressure) person, Diana. She really knows her stuff and she found all sorts of problem areas that I didn't even feel previously. I immediately re-booked another session.
