I love the new email giving updates about open appointments. Always helpful and welcoming front desk. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff is accommodating to help you find the right temperature during your massage. Holli listens to my inventory of problem areas and focuses on what I need that day. She keeps great notes and always gives great detail in my “homework” sheet.

I've had many massages at Elements and I've never been disappointed. Always a great experience, so i will continue to get massages there as my schedule allows. I wish I could come more often, but stay pretty busy with work and my personal life.
