All of the massage therapist are great, I've had nothing but good luck with scheduling services and can say only good things about the massages I've received. I recently got my first facial and that was also lovely. I highly recommend the monthly membership if massage and/or facials are a routine party of your self care. The membership fee can be used for any of the in house services they provide.

Lovely, friendly, and attentive staff from the admins to the aesthetician to the LMTs. I greatly look forward to each visit because I know they will treat me to some of the best pampering in the business. They aren't pushy about services or add-ons, but rather they make suggestions based on my feedback. I hope to keep coming back.

The north Seattle office is a beautifully designed space for massage and facials. The front desk staff is amazingly kind and professional, always. I always feel very welcome. The selection of massage therapists is extensive and hours available quite generous. One sorta con is that you do not know whether the massage therapist will be a good fit. It would be nice if there was an option to reserve a 15-minute (paid) time with a massage therapist to see whether you wanted to spend 60 or 90 minutes with him/her/them. The facialist on staff is incredible! Highly recommend.
