It is a positive experience every time I get a massage at Elements. Usually once a month. It is so relaxing. The massage is speicific to my needs, my achy areas, and my chosen level of "gentle" or "medium pressure" or "hard pressure" as I need it.The massage can be over my whole body, or my shoulders and neck, or what ever area has been hurting me. It is something I do just for my benefit.

My therapist clearly was highly trained and professional. She was thorough through every stage of my massage and paid close attention to the results she was generating. I could not have asked for a more skilled therapist nor experienced a more satisfying and welcome result.
