Luke was a very good masseuse. He is very prompt and he applied the right amount of pressure. He created a very relaxing and calming atmosphere/environment. My only issue is with the recommended gratuity amount that Elements suggested: they suggested a gratuity of $26; however the actual service (1 hour massage) was only $64. So, the suggested tip amount was based on a massage costing $130. Elements was not acting with integrity by basing gratuity on a service costing $130 when the actual service cost was $64.

I had a wonderful deep tissue massage at Elements Spa Nutley and left feeling completely relaxed and reset for the week! The spa is very clean, the spa music is calming and relaxing, and the products used on my skin left me feeling soft and refreshed. The front desk is efficient, the staff so welcoming, kind, and professional—overall, an A+.
