The customer service/hospitality at the Nutley location is incredible and the massages are even better! As a woman, my first experiences with male therapists were at this location and I felt safe with both Randy and Luke. Everyone I’ve encountered has been respectful, knowledgeable, attentive to my needs and there to satisfy! I enjoy my membership here.

I absolutely love going to Elements for my massages. Luke is very good. He’s very knowledgeable very respectable and he really knows what he’s doing. He has cured many of my aches and pains and for this I call him Dr. Luke. I feel amazing after each Massage. I feel light and it’s like I’m walking on air after a session with Luke.
