High-quality massage, and I appreciate seeing the same practitioner (Maria G) each time. Excellent front desk customer service. For example I appreciate the front desk associates reaching out with information about special offers, and also contacting me in a timely manner when Iā€™m waiting-listed and an appointment becomes available. Also, the buy one, get one half off sale result in a much better price point per Massage, which is important for someone like me who needs regular massages. And itā€™s a small thing, but I also appreciate the small piece of dove chocolate with each sessionā˜ŗļø

Tyler is amazing. He starts every appointment by asking how I'm feeling both physically and mentally, and truly tailors each massage to my needs for the day. There's always been a lot of good communication and he's always made be feel very comfortable without treating me like I'm delicate. I need very firm pressure with massages due to my line of work, and he is able to maintain that consistently with each appointment.

It was probably the most relaxing massage Ive had. At the end of my second trimester, its hard to get comfortable. I didn't have a good experience for my last prenatal massage at a different spa because my shoulders hurt from laying on my sides too long and that was all I could focus on. I switched to Elements to try some place new and had the best experience. I dont think I have been that comfortable my whole pregnancy.
