My massage experience with Iryna was amazing! She asked me what areas I wanted her to focus on, she adjusted her level of pressure anytime I asked. She took time to explain to me areas of concern and tension and specifically worked more on those areas too. I definitely would love to come back to visit Iryna again!

I was able to book a same day appointment for a massage. The intake was easy and the massage was fantastic (thank you, Brooke!). Very relaxing experience where I could just check out for an hour. My one recommendation is to offer water in a different way than an individual plastic bottle. I wanted to hydrate but I am concerned about contributing to landfill waste and the issues of microplastics.

I have been going to Elements for many years. I love their monthly program. I get a reminder text and always a nice suprise that I can treat myself after a stressful week to relax with a deep tissue massage. This week I was fortunate to have Eldridge a master therapist. He has over 15 years of experience and recently started with Elements. Highly recommend to make an appointment with Eldridge and give yourself this hour to unwind. You will be glad you did.

They have excellent massage therapists here. I recently just switched to Ally & she’s the best one I’ve had so far. Can work on all my problem areas & help get me right. She’s amazing & a miracle worker. So glad I decided to book a massage with her one day just to take a chance. Hope to stay with her as my massage therapist for a long time.
