I was EXTREMELY pleased with my recent visit to ELEMENTS PARADISE VALLEY!! Upon arrival, I was immediately welcomed by MANAGER Alia. Then, desk associate Kyra (with a Big Smile) checked me in!! Next I had a GREAT massage from therapist Tia, then followed my day of spa services with a FABULOUS Facial by Yeru. I whole-heartedly recommend ELEMENTS PARADISE VALLEY!!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Elements Massage in Paradise Valley! The facial was incredibly refreshing, and I could feel my skin glowing afterward. The eye brighting and lip scrub add-ons were exactly what I needed. It was unbelievable that I walked out with brighter eyes and smooth lips.
The massage was so relaxing and soothing, that I fell asleep and didn’t even realize it. I added the aromatherapy and the heated stones. I’m going to add the cupping option on my next visit. My job is super stressful and the add-ons were worth every penny, I also didn’t feel pressured to buy them. That’s really important to me. The entire experience left me feeling completely rejuvenated. What really stood out to me, though, was the care and attention from the staff. I’m a new member, so I didn’t know what to expect.
Alia, the site manager was awesome. It was my first time meeting her. Alia, the front desk, and the massage therapists went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, and made me feel truly valued as a guest. The atmosphere was serene, welcoming, and had very good vibes/energy. I left feeling not only physically relaxed but emotionally recharged as well.
I can’t wait to return and I highly recommend Elements Massage in Paradise Valley to anyone looking for a top-notch spa experience!
Tip: Don’t forget to tip after your service! I normally tip no less than 20%. The employees work really hard and I was more than happy to show my appreciation.

The massage is always great and the masseuse always ask if there’s anything specific I need worked done. It’s very easy to add on additional things at the beginning of the massage if I choose to. The billing process is super easy and simple and I’ve never had any issues with the billing. Everyone at the front desk area is always super kind and greets you as soon as you come in and then ask you how your massage was afterwards. Super easy, beneficial and painless membership!
