I was given a gift card for a 90 min massage. I booked online for a deep tissue. When I arrived, the manager explained that the lady that I book with didn’t use a lot of pressure. She then included some hot stones with the massage to help. The massage was still way too light for me. When I explained this to the manager, she recommended a different person, and gifted me a 60 min session with him. He was great, and I felt amazing after. I signed up for a membership. I appreciate the honesty and service of the manager.
