The 5 different massage therapists I've experienced so far have been excellent! I would recommend Elements Massage Park City to everyone who wants a fantastic massage. However, I had a facial at Elements Massage Park City in March 2025 and it RUINED the skin on my face! I can't believe nobody said anything when they processed my payment at checkout. My face BEFORE the facial was practically flawless, I had many facials in the past and everyone told me how great my skin was. After previous facials (3-4/year since 2012), my face always looked amazing. But since this Facial at Elements, I've been to a dermatologist 4 times & tried 4 different treatments. But for the past 13 months my face has been red, blotchy, and pimply!!! I know I signed a waiver, but I should at least have received a REFUND. My face has been an EMBARRASSMENT ever since my facial at Elements Park City.
