This was my first is it at Elements in Park Ridge, IL. There was great flexibility in scheduling my massage. Upon arrival I was greeted promptly by Kate at the front desk. I was offered water and shown the rest room prior to my appointment. Mary was ready for me; a comfortable massage room with soft music, and a table that had the ability to be warmer or cooler. I have very tight muscle and Mary found the tough spots- with precision and to my comfort level she worked out the tension. My whole experience was terrific.
